Daniella Blomdell

Daniella Blomdell

Yoga & movement

Daniella brings a dynamic, body-centered approach to yoga where presence and movement are at the heart of the experience. Her teaching balances discipline with playfulness and curiosity, inviting students to explore all aspects of themselves on the mat — both physically and mentally. She also provides hands-on assists to help deepen the practice and the students' experience of yoga. The focus is on presence and self-listening, allowing each person to connect with themselves without pressure.

Based in Mallorca, Daniella is inspired by the island's energy and rhythm. She is a RYT 500 certified teacher (200h in Sweden and 300h in Mallorca) and has studied with many international teachers, giving her both breadth and depth in understanding the body's movement and yoga philosophy. Since 2022, she has been teaching adults in mindful, present yoga, developing her own style influenced by international inspiration, inviting participants to meet their bodies with respect and explore what is possible when movement and mindfulness come together in a safe and inspiring way.

For Daniella, yoga is not about perfection — it is about presence, listening to the body, and exploring oneself with care. Yoga is not just a practice on the mat; the insights and experiences naturally spill over into life beyond the studio, bringing more balance, awareness, and clarity.

Sofia Saglind

Healing & energy work

Sofia Saglind is the founder of Awaken Your Inner Light and the creator of the Soul Frequency Experience method. With over 20 years of experience in holistic healing, she works with craniosacral therapy, energy healing, sensing and fascia-based movement, meditation and intuitive guidance.

Her work is rooted in the understanding that true transformation happens when we reconnect with the body's inner intelligence and our deeper intuitive awareness. Through her work, Sofia invites participants into a space where stillness and movement, grounding and expansion can naturally meet. Her sessions often weave together embodied practices, intuitive movement to music, energetic awareness and light healing.

At the heart of Sofia's philosophy is the idea of remembering rather than becoming — the belief that healing is not about fixing what is broken, but about returning to the wholeness that has always been present. Sofia works internationally between Mallorca and Sweden, offering retreats, workshops, private sessions and online guidance. Participants often describe her work as deeply grounding, expansive and gently transformative.
